Pre-Orders

A preorder allows you to purchase an item that will be available at a later date. When you place your order, we will charge your selected payment method. After the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the item or payment method. All pre-orders are made to order and therefore cannot be canceled once placed. However, they are still eligible for return within our standard return policy. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. The estimated shipment date is viewable on the product's page or in your confirmation email. Because orders are processed automatically, the shipping date might vary. 

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order gives you the opportunity to buy an item that will become available at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving inventory from an upcoming production run. Please note that after placing a pre-order, no changes to quantity, size, color or shipping details can be made.

When will my pre-order be charged?

The full amount will be charged via your selected payment method once the order is placed. It is not possible to modify the payment method after it has been processed.

Pre-orders are made to order. Cancellation or refund requests may be submitted within 90 days of the order date. After 90 days, refunds to the original payment method are no longer available, and any approved cancellation or return will be issued as store credit for the purchase amount.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

You can check the estimated shipping date either on the product's page or in your confirmation email. Please note that orders are processed automatically, and the actual shipping date might vary.

WHAT IS A MADE-TO-ORDER?

Made-to-order items are produced specifically after your order is placed. These pieces are typically higher-end luxury items, such as exotic materials or small artisan batches. Please note that once a made-to-order item has been placed, no changes to quantity, size, color or shipping details can be made.

WHEN WILL MY MADE-TO-ORDER BE CHARGED?

WHEN WILL MY MADE-TO-ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Estimated production and shipping timelines are listed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. All timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules or shipping logistics. 

REFUNDS FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Made-to-order items can be refunded within 30 days from the order date, even if the item has not yet shipped. After this 30-day window, refunds to the original payment method are no longer available. Any approved refund requests after this period will be issued as store credit for the purchase amount.

RETURNS FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Once delivered, made-to-order items can be returned under our standard return policy. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all protective coverings intact (including plastic wrap on hardware and protective covers on feet).

Refunds to the original payment method are not available for returns after delivery; approved returns will be issued as store credit if the 30-day refund window from the order date has passed.

ORDERING MADE-TO ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

All orders containing both Made-to-Order and In-Stock items will ship together once the Made-to-Order item is ready.
