About Apple Leather

Apple leather is a bio-based material made from the leftover pomace and peels from the fruit juice and compote industries. Unusable apple seeds, stalks, and skins are crushed and dehydrated naturally into a fine powder. This powder is mixed with a resin binder and then laid flat to form the final material. Each bag is made up of at least 50% apples, corn, cactus, and other bio-based materials. This allows leftover fruits and vegetables to be incorporated into the bag you are receiving today.
